📦 Processing and Shipping Time

• In-stock orders: Preparation and dispatch time of 2 to 3 business days.

• Custom orders: Estimated delivery time is 20 to 25 business days (subject to customs clearance).

• Custom orders are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month, so delivery time begins on these dates.

• Standard Shipping: 8 to 15 business days after dispatch.

• Priority Shipping: Available in major cities. Delivery within 24 hours if purchased before 3:00 PM (additional cost).

📅 Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your order in real time.

📦 Packaging and Logistics For operational reasons, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If your purchase includes multiple products, you may receive them at different delivery times.

📈 Refund and Replacement Policies If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace the product at no additional cost, as long as:

• Please inform us within the first 48 hours after receiving the package.

• It is evident that the item arrived in poor condition (broken, dirty, or with manufacturing defects).

• The package has been lost during the shipping process.

• In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

• The exchange or return request must be made within the first 5 business days after receiving the package.

• Shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be borne by the customer.
