Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

Return Policy

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact us through our support channel at soporte@soccerstore10.com within 48 hours of receiving the product, attaching photographic evidence of the damage.

Replacements at no additional cost apply in the following cases:

  • Product received with damage, breakage or dirt.

  • Packages lost in transit.

In the event of an incorrect address provided by the customer, SOCCER STORE SAS will not be held responsible, although we will do our best to correct the address if we are notified in a timely manner.

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure you enter all your information correctly before completing your purchase. If there are any changes, please notify support@soccerstore10.com immediately .


Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of purchase and before the order is delivered to the carrier. To request a cancellation, please email us at soporte@soccerstore10.com .

If the order has already been shipped, the right of withdrawal policy will apply . To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  • Please email us at support@soccerstore10.com within 5 business days of receiving your product.

  • Explicitly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Provide banking information for a refund (if payment was cash on delivery) or receive the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Make sure the product is in the same condition as it was received: unused, with tags intact, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.

Once the product has been received and verified, we will process your refund within a maximum of 8 business days .

For withdrawals, shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility and are valued at $60,000.

Note: SOCCER STORE SAS reserves the right to refuse a replacement or refund if the product does not meet these conditions.


Warranty Policy

The warranty period for each product is indicated on its description page. To apply the warranty:

  • Send an email to soporte@soccerstore10.com detailing the fault or problem.

  • Attach photographic or video evidence of the defect.

Warranty conditions:

  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

  • It does not cover damage due to misuse, drops, breakages, or negligence by the buyer.

  • Acceptance of the product for review does not imply approval of the warranty.

If the defect is a manufacturing defect, SOCCER STORE SAS will determine whether a repair or replacement is appropriate. If the problem persists after two replacements , a refund or alternative solution may be considered by mutual agreement with the buyer.
